In both continuities, the squadron changes names several times. This timeline includes Red Squadron, and whenever the pilots use a different squadron name.
Pilots who are killed in action are denoted with (KIA).
Canon[]
In Canon, the "Rogue One" callsign is not used out of respect for the actions of Jyn Erso and the Rogue One group who stole the plans for the Death Star.[1]

Notes[]
- ↑ Keyser Salm is described as neutralising the TIE fighters that killed Sila Kott[11], which implies he could be the character in Return of the Jedi who responds to Wedge's "Red Three, Red Two, pull in!" but is not Sila Kott (obviously), who is Red Three[13], implying that Keyser Salm is Red Two. Jason Fry, the writer of "Rendezvous Point", which Keyser originated from, confirmed that he intended Salm to be Red Two to be siblings with Horton Salm[14]
- ↑ Havoc appears as a member of "Wedge Antilles' group" Rogue Squadron during the Battle of Endor[15], however the group that we would think of as "Rogue Squadron", including Wedge, was operating under the name "Red Squadron" during the battle.[12] This means either Wedge got a separate group to be in the battle of Endor as "Rogue Squadron", or it was a mistake and Havoc flew with Red Squadron at Endor.
- ↑ He is Gavin's wingmate and here, wingmates seem to have consecutive callsigns.[24]
- ↑ Rogue Seven is the only callsign not known to be used by another pilot, and she is Rogue Seven in the next book as well.
